OUR BRAND STORY

It started with a simple question: Why is wellness so hard?

The Wellness Edit was born from a love for healthy living and a desire to make wellness feel more approachable. After years of balancing school, sports, and the everyday chaos, our founder realized there wasn’t one go-to place for real, practical advice that fit into real life. So, she created The Wellness Edit – a space for honest guidance, fresh ideas, and a community that gets it.

OUR VALUES

REALISTIC

We focus on practical, doable advice for real life.

INCLUSIVE

Wellness looks different for everyone. We’re here for all stages, goals, and backgrounds.

POSITIVE

We believe in progress, not perfection.

COMMUNITY

We’re stronger (and healthier) together.

WHO WE SERVE

For Every Stage, Every Goal.

We serve anyone who wants to feel better – whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or you’re looking for fresh motivation and new ideas. Our community includes students, athletes, young professionals, and anyone who believes in the power of healthy habits, balance, and self-care.

THE AHA MOMENT

It hit me during a tough season.

In the middle of a demanding semester, juggling school, lacrosse. and life, I felt completely drained – physically and mentally. I realized that wellness wasn’t just about fitness or food; it was about balance, clarity, and taking care of my whole self. That moment sparked the idea for The Wellness Edit: a place to share what actually works, from real people, for real life.
